SwitchCraft is the name brand to get, just make sure it is not a knock off.

I believe on the BJ the jacks are surface mounted directly to a PCB, if replacing it I'd suggest using some wire to seperate the two. Less chance of cracking it off again if a cord get pulled on.

Hi atotheroh,

It is hard to tell from the picture, I am not sure that is the right jack or not, it should have three terminals, 1 for the sleeve, one for the tip spring, and one for tip shunt for switching. Here is the one that I've been using to replace the plastic, board mounted input jacks on the HRd amps. It might be OK to mount the jacks directly to the chassis, but you should probably use a pair of isolation shoulder washers for each jack to keep the sleeve away from the chassis if necessary, possibly to prevent noise. I have used isolating shoulder washers with mine, haven't tried it without the washers. You will have to run short wires for connection to the circuit board :)
