Hi, I recently upgraded the valves (tubes) on my Fender champ 600 and it sounds amazing, however I damaged the volume pot & need a replacement. Does anyone know exactly what I need. I'm pretty good at soldering and repairing circuit boards (I used to do it for a living), but I'm told it's not a straight forward volume pot. Can anyone help please. :(

You can down load the schematic, de-solder the broken part and order at a 7ender dealer. Another option is to oder on electronic websites.

Hi filebandit,

If you want to replace it with an original check here.

But I would just get a regular pot (1 Meg), and two regular input jacks, and get rid of the little circuit board that they are mounted on, it adds a little noise. I plan on doing this same thing to my C600.....eventually.

Thanks Tissan & Shimilou. Unfortunately I live in the UK and the postage for a $4.95 pot is $27.95 so I'll be going with the 1meg pot option, but thanks again guys. :D
