Hello,

I have a fender red knob twin, and I play it a post rock/indie band so I use my second channel alot because of the gain. but recently when I play on the second channel the amp starts to make this high pitched scream thats starts quiet but gets louder and louder. Im thinking its the tubes, because they are the same tubes from the factory and it was made in 89 I believe. Only problem is i dont want to take it to some place to have the tubes replaced when I can do it myself, I just dont know where to purchase tubes for this particular amp or even what types of tubes are in it. Can any one help me find where to buy a whole set of tubes for the whole amp could be? and if you dont think it would be the tubes what would the problem be?
