My relatively- new BJ has developed an annoying quirk: even with nothing plugged into the input, it emits a high-pitched oscillation when the gain and treble are turned up. The FAT switch exacerbates the problem.
I usually play darker tones, so I can still gig with it, but I'll have to get it fixed while still under warranty. Any ideas what it is? (NOT tubes, I switched 'em out) Ever heard of a wiring harness problem?
Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks

Dennis
