i have an original cyber-twin and have been trying to access it's MIDI section using the cyber commander program. I have a midisport usb to midi for connecting to my PC. I've checked the wiring, installed the midisport driver, checcked the various settings in cyber commander regarding sys ex
ID..etc. But nothing seems to work in having the cyber commander program communicate with the amp. The amp's MIDI indicator light is not lit or flashing.

any suggestions to help would be much appreciated.

Mike

Did you contact cyber commander tech support at
support@generalcybersystems.com
? that would be a good place to start.

The problem is definitely with your USB to MIDI device, usually the drivers. Did you install the latest from the manufacturer? If the problem can't be resolved, strongly recommend new cakewalk UM-2G. It works all the time.

ciao,
john,
