It really doesn't matter as you're not going to see the amp through it.Black doesn't show up dirt as much and if it gets ripped or torn black repair tape is more readily available and easier to match up than other colours.

Ah, yes......but black will yield a darker tone while brown will seem more earthy.

Dang it Arjay, you beat me to it.

Okay, I will stick my neck out and say, BROWN will look more pleasing.

For a tweed amp I'd be inclined to choose the brown cover as well.

Brown cover is more historically accurate for tweed amps. It just looks so good together.

I think brown will provide a warmer tone.

Okay, I'll say it. If you gig black, It'll only get scuffed anyway. If you keep it in your house and want it to look pretty and pristine, get whatever floats yer boat. It's a cover, meant to protect your amp. If you really want to protect your amp, get an Anvil case.

A Man doesn't care about stuff like this, as long as it's not pink.

You'd be surprised. Has nothing to do with manliness.

Personally, I'll use a heavy trash bag and a piece of rope. All that stuff won't help my tone. I'd rather sink the money into something that will.

Well, I have the same amp and bought the brown cover.
I think it looks better with the tweed.
