Can the speaker in the Blues Deluxe Reissue be replaced without removing the amp chassis? Say, just pull the tubes?

I don't think you can, but i'm not sure

But I'm sure that removing the chassis ( a easiest job) is faster an safer than trying to install speaker without damage it.

That's what I thought. Just wanted to see if anyone had done it without removing the chassis.

As I've a BDRI, I will check if it is possible (when I'll be back home, in US this week).
But what I'm sure is you have to remove th valves and open the chassis (the back woody-tweedy face)

Yeah, you definitely have to remove the "back woody-tweedy face" thingy.

I ask the question because I was able to get a socket wrench on the speaker mounting screws (a couple were loose and vibrating) to tighten them but did not try to actually remove the speaker.
