Does anybody know if the 65 Reissue Super Reverb is made entirely in the USA?

It'd be more accurate to say that the SRRI is assembled in the USA -- many of the components within are offshore-sourced.

Thanks for the information. I may buy in September. If I buy are you aware of any improvements that I can get a tech to do to replace any questionable off shore components?

I have two re-issue amps -- a Twin Reverb and a Deluxe Reverb. Both amps have been re-tubed and properly biased using vintage RCA, Raytheon, Westinghouse, and mil-spec GE glass. Likewise, the OEM speakers were replaced with alnico JBL's in both amps.

As far as the off-shore components go, they seem to be fine. And in any case, were that your intent you'd essentially be re-building the entire amp. If off-shore parts give you pause then buy a vintage amp -- it won't necessarily sound better but your xenophobia will be assuaged.
