Agreed Retroverbial, higher R6 or lower R7 theoritically makes the same but in both cases the power of the amp will be lower.

(Vgrill = VIN* R7/(R6+R7))

Higher R6 will decrease the cutoff frequency with V1 grill cap, a little bit.

I suspected as much, Tissan. Mercí for that confirmation.

I guess I haven't forgotten everything about theory......yet.

Hey Folks,

After all the messages I got from you guys, I decided keeping it simple.

So, as the BLUES DELUXE VOLUME is dedicated to the CLEAN CHANNEL, I tamed the volume on my STRATO Volume Pot, set on 6 or 7, and at the BDLRI put the VOL on 2. Nice response, quiet and crystal clear.

For solo , I put the DRIVE CHANNEL on 8, and increased the MASTER to 3 or 4.

A liitle reverb, say 3, makes the difference on the final tone.

So, when I move from CLEAN to DRIVE I have the drive I need, and to get it dirty , it's just turn the STRATO volume to 10.

It works fine to me ( Chicago Blues, Clapton & Stones ).

I also have a Mesa-Boogie V-TWIN pedal, that has a great result when using with the CLEAN CHANEL on the BDLRI and leave the "dirty work" for the V-TWIN.

So , for the moment, I'll no change anything on the AMP, keeping it original.

This Sunday I gonna chek this setup on the studio, let's see it on the real world...

MANY THANKS TO EVERYBODY, AND HAVE A NICE WEEKEND!!!!
