Hello
I just picked up a used Fender Champion 300 amp. It needs a foot switch, and was wondering if anyone can tell me the proper wiring for it. I have several spare foot switches laying around, that I am sure can be modified for use. All I need is some wiring info. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
John

Hi John,

I didn't see a schematic for a Champion 300, only a 30 or 600. The C30 uses a standard shorting foot switch, shown in the schematic here:

http://support.fender.com/schematics/guitar_amplifiers/Champion_30_Schematic_-61F.pdf

The switch either shorts the circuit to ground or is left open, to select either of the two channels. Hope that helps. :)
