Hi All, well here she is....my new Fender Twin amp.

I call her Elanor my mystical unicorn that I have been trying to capture...

I am simply speechless  at the pure tone and American Dream that I am experiencing with my 2008 American Standard Stratocaster plugged directly into the Fender Twin with no effects whatsover and both were made at the Corona Plant.

Awesome!!!!

congrats !
even on bad days mine sounds good~
love that tube driven tremolo, mine stays on the 100W setting cause the 25W just doesn't do right....
other than that, it slays

can fill a BIG room too, i usually keep mine on about 5ish for vol / reverb 2-3 / tremolo spped on 1 and 6ish intensity

it doesn't matter if i practice/play with a loud drummer....can do it
sounds right even at low vol
great bass response and fullness
i use the effects loop for a vol boost to solo
sometimes run a carbon copy for TTE like delay.
i love this amp... does my boogie style great

Look up clean in the dictionary and there's a picture of a Strat and a Twin.

Thank you Retroverbial, Mate I accept your applause given what I had to go through to get this baby. :D

Thank you 63supro.... Well in relation to giving the delivery guy a good tip..here is the kicker

When my tax return lobbed into my bank account yesterday morning my heart jumped out of my chest.
I had to find a way of how to tell the wife of what I was going to pick up that morning. She has never been aware of my purchase at all.

Anyway I went to the bank to withdraw the balance on the amp layby, so after that the wifey asks me where are we going?

I responded I am going to pick up my layby with my tax return money.

She replied ahhh good, well then I can get me a new washer and dryer with my tax return.

I immediately smiled and said that sounds like a good idea love... :P

So upon our arrival at the music store the wife actually helped me load Elanor into our Chrysler Voyager and at home helped me unload Elanor into the house. She makes a fantastic delivery person :P

The wife showed a restrained expression of gealousy and she also thought I was a bit strange when I was drooling over Elanor taking a massive amount of photo's of her birth coming out of the box.

I have more details to post about the actual exploration of buying this amp and going into a double sale of the same product with a fellow brother muso. A lot of fate scenarios occured. I will post that story tonight after work..

Thank you bluesky636, Mate even though I have this lovely wonder...I still love my Blues Deluxe..lol you and I know it gets ragged all the time.
Like I said before each of my amps will serve their own purpose.
Lol yeah it is pretty shiny hey...

Thanks budglo, ha haa ha I am happy to shoot my eye out as long as I don't shoot my ears out.

Hi Tissan, ohh yeahh so many good musics... I am just breathless and taken back by the tone of this thing.

Twirlyboggs my friend you have nailed your summary right on the head.
How true what you say is.. I must admit running Elanor on the Quarter didn't sound as good as running her on the ton but I will keep twiddling and tweeking. The quarter switch is there for a reason so I will try to get it's best.

 pts295 I like it... when I looked at the shipping sticker on the box I sighted shipping by ocean...lol I thought of a song straight away... you know the song Frauline.... I have an outdoor festival gig next week so I will be thinking of my levels..

Hi Scarleg, yes it's loud but not harsh loud hey...I found it to be a nice HIFI loud.. so lovely so lovely..

Hi cherokee747, yes her voice is sweet with tone and richness. I base my life on karma... I think this is my good return. Thanks again.

and finally guitslinger, yes clean is mean....I love it.
