Curious cause I just opened a T-S9 / TS-808 mod Tubescreamer i bought and I also have access to a Digitech overdrive as well.

I'm sure the Tubescreamer will suffice, but more options is bound to be fun

*Antoria Rockstar 335 guitar
*Seymour Duncan Jazz and Pearly Gates
*Fender Blues Jr.
*Digitech Digiverb
*Digitech Scott Ian Black-13
*Danelectro PB&J

Why not? As long as you use common sense. I did stuff like that all the time and still do. I run two BYOC British Blues Overdrives which are Marshall Bluesbreaker pedals with one goosing the other for a little more boost on a 74 Champ Amp or my Egnater. No problems at all. I just don't push it so hard as to kill the speaker in the Champ or I borrow a 2x10 to really push it.

I routinely use 2 distortions with my Blues Jr.-a Big Muff Pi and a Danelectro French Toast octave distortion and even add my Marshall Guv'nor at times-although I never turn on more than 2 at once. As long as you don't boost the volume so much that you blow the speaker you shouldn't do any harm.
