Could you please give me some settings to get a genuine bluesy sound with golgtop (bursbuckers) and deluxe reverb reissue, which stompbox would be the most appropriate?

No guitar will sound the same, no amp will sound the same, and no combination of the two will sound the same -- even those models when compared to purportedly like-minded bretheren.

Spin the knobs until you find "the sweet spot".

I favor the Fulltone OCD for basic overdriven tones.

Turn the Treble to 6,the Bass to 4...and the volume to 4 or 5...reverb to 3.
See how that sounds. :)
I told you once before....you can get it without a stompbox.

Thanks for your advice
the most appropriate would seem to be trebble 7,volume 7,bass 5,reverb 3
with a TS9 with the gain at é o clock and the fulltone fulldrive gain on two too.
On the other side, it seems to be like a tube vivration sound when overdriven , is it normal with this kind of amp,?

Tube vibration? Sounds like you are describing a microphinc tube. No that's not normal. With the amp on and volume up, gently tap on each tube with the eraser end of a pencil or a chopstick and listen. You shouldn't really hear much other than a slight thump. If you hear a resonant metallic ringing sound, then you have found the microphonic tube. Simply replace the tube and you're good to go.

+1
I never used any pedals when I had my DRRI.

But then again volodia, please define "genuine bluesy sound". Do you have a favorite blues player you are trying to sound like? It's very subjective. You'll probably get 100 different answers as we all have a different idea of "genuine bluesy sound". I like Retroverbial's suggestion to spin the knobs until you find a sound that YOU like.

When I think of "genuine bluesy sound", I think of the real deal old Delta Blues and you don't need an amplifier. Just get a cheap pawnshop acoustic guitar with action so high and frets so sharp that your fingers bleed. Now dat's da blooz, man!

Just keep turning up the volume until you get what you want. When I had one years ago, I just ran it flat out and controlled the volume with my guitar.

There's really no appropriate setting of the knobs.
There's a starting point, and with a DRRI and Les Paul, you should be able to get the overdrive without pedals.
You must be wanting some serious distortion...and that my friend is not my thing.
Good luck.
