Can I plug a FM212DSP into the pre-amp out of a Hot Rod Deville 410? I want to use the 212 as an extra monitor for the lead guitar.

I hope that you mean that you are plugging the preamp out on the HRDvl into the input jack on the DSP. If that is what you mean then YES!

Just make sure that the volume on your DSP and your Deville is turned down to start with to avoid nasty loud noises. The HRDvl 4x10 seems like the best one of the Hot Rod series. I know I love mine! :D
