Thanks

As far as I know the Twins are made in the US and always have been.

and he says there are someone without the "made in USA" written in the back, but maybe he has written a lie to sell the amp at a higher price..

Just another clown that doesn't know what he's talking about. I've never seen a Mexican made Twin. When I bought my Twin, Fender made everything in the USA. That guy is a load, and I'd steer clear of anything he sells. Just for the record, my HRDlx that I got rid of said "Made In Mexico" plain as day on the back.

Kind of like one of our famous politicians once said, it depends on what the meaning of the word is, is. All current Fender amplifier cabinets are made in Mexico including the reissues. The cabinets are sent to Corona for final assembly of the amps that are US assembled such as the Twin Reverb RI. So the answer is that while the chassis is made in the US the cabinet is made in Mexico. However they do an excellent job there and this should not be viewed in any way as a negative to its quality. There is info including video tours of both the Ensenada and Corona factories on YouTube with more info on this subject. Hope this helps.

As nice and as capable as the TRRI is, you can find used examples all day long on C/L for six hundred bucks. Samey samey on Ebay as well. Many of these are one-owner cherries that have never left the bedroom.

HTH

[ Sorry for what follows, you've hit a sore point with me]

:D US assembled,
Which means,
as mentioned cabinets are made in Mexico.
All the internal electronic components are probably sourced from Asia/Pacific.
The tubes are most likely Russian Sovtec's re-branded as GrooveTubes.
the "special design" Eminence speakers are still actually made in the US I believe!

Someone in the US assembles all the parts.

Made in Mexico
someone (or assembly line robot) in Mexico assembles all the parts.

From what I see the speaker is the only component actually made in North America,
the rest is just like a foreign ikea kit assembled by someone in NA with the handy provided allen key.

[OK I get off my soap box, which was probably made in Mexico]

I have MIA Fender gear, I have MIM Fender gear, I have MIC Fender gear.....the point is as long as it sounds good, is reliable and the price is fair I don't care where it is made. It is a FMIC product and I love what they make.
ABS:)
