OK, I love my Deville. I've had this thing since 2000 and I have never had an issue with it until now. Regardless if I run dry, straight from guitar to amp, or through my pedal board I get a faint tremelo sound as if I were running a light trem/vibe. Could this be caused by a bad tube? I replaced the tubes almost 2 years ago. Also, the reverb no longer works. Could this be causing the "trem" signal? I am hoping someone here will have some thoughts. Thanks.[/list]

Ten years old?!?!?

I'd say the honeymoon's over.

And you're damn lucky to have gotten that long out of it.

The symptoms all sound reverb-related to me but it's not likely to be resolved by a new tube. I'd look for problems on the PCB itself. It could be a trace lifting (HRDs are notorious for this) or a bad switching relay for the reverb circuit. A qualified amp tech can probably sort it out.
