Hi, I recently bought a used SE and I am having problems with the Twin reverb preset. It seems to cut out intermittently - all of the other presets are fine. Has anyone else had this experience? and what can I do about it. I bought it for the twin sound and I am know considering just selling it and getting a Blues Deluxe. Any suggestions from anyone. Just getting back into playing. I play classical guitar and when I've played in bands I've played the bass. So the electric is something new for me, but I really like the warm tones.
Thx

Twin sound out of a Blues Deluxe. Look at a DRRI or a SRRI and save yourself some headaches.

:D Not looking to get a twin sound from a bdri, I like the warm tone of the bdri but I bought the Cyber twin Se and I am noticing that it cuts out while in the Twin preset. I would like to know if this is a common problem and how I would fix it or if its just my amp?

btw -I am playing a 76 Les Paul deluxe, an SRV Signature Strat and a Schecter C1 classic through the amp

Hi Duran,

Congrats on getting a Cyber Twin SE! I have 3 of them.

I had not experienced that particular problem. I did however, manage pollute the settings with extreme values and cause the SE to go into outer space. The rescue was always a factory reset. It's possible the previous owner scrambled up the settings.

You have by far, one of the greatest amps ever made, tones waiting to be discovered. Enjoy the creative journey.

ciao,
johnny.

Thanks Johnny, I'll do a reset and see what happens. I'll stick with it a little longer and see if I can find the tone I'm looking for. Thanks again

Hi I know this thread is a bit dated here, but I just bit the bullet and splurged on ordering this fine monster of an amp and searching for all the comments on it. I hate when these threads just die and OP never replys back on final outcome... So with that said,

F.Duran if you are still around, was the problem ever solved by a reset or was your CT SE amp defective? Please tell us what was the outcome?
