I play live every week at my church. I am looking to build an isolation box for a VOX AC15C1. I need to keep stage volume low, but i also like having my Master volume cranked with my Top Boost channel at about noon. This gives me a very full clean sound right on the edge of break up - and is quite loud.

Has anyone built or used an isolation box? Looking for some tips on how to build one.

Thanks

I've actually thought of doing this for home recording studio.
The only reason was so I could also get the color of the speaker at
higher levels without blasting my hearing.
I also thought I would make a couple different sizes and combos
These in turn would be put in a closet that has been soundproofed.

This way the amp's controls could be outboard near the puter and different
speakers could easily be swapped without much fuss.

A little iso box with a mic is nice too when the application calls for it.
