I recently purchased a BJ and love it but want a little more crunch. Any opinions on the BD-2 or better. Thanks

The blues driver was my first od pedal. It colors the tone too much for my tastes.I recently bought a digitech hardwire cm-2 overdrive. Its great with 2 settings .One does a ts9 really well and the other is a heavier sound. It has a 2 band eq and for under 100 bucks its true bypass.Great pedal.

I tried out a Digitech Hardwire Overdrive in a big store, and thought it was brilliant. I tried to buy, but it seems they decided not to stock the Hardwire range. In fact, despite living in the 2nd City of the UK, it's proved impossible to find one for sale. I don't like buying off the internet.

I put it on a par with my Fulltone Fulldrive 2 - thats how good it is. And the Hardwire Reverb pedal is superb as well - and is similarly unavailable.. :x

I Run the Digitech Screamin Blues Pedal through my Blues Junior and it is just simply awesome. Clean crunch and more to go if needed.

It is much cleaner than my Ibanez ts9.

adey, I actually was set on buying the fulltone fulldrive when I saw the cm2 hardwire .I was totally impressed.I also checked out the ocd,but for under 100 bucks ,the digitech sounded at least as good as the fulltones in my opinion.Great pedals, i also have the tuner as well.
