Just bought a Blues Deluxe (still in transit). Shop says it's a '93 (that would be the first year for these if I'm not mistaken).

Can you tell me where to find/how to read any date codes on it? Also, what differences (physical, performance and sound) should I expect to see compared to a MIM Blues Deluxe Reissue?

I think the differences are ,you can bias the tubes and switchable reverb.Other than that I think they are the same.

The date code is on the QA sticker inside the cabinet.

Thanks for the replies. It's on a UPS truck for delivery here today. I'll let y'all know my initial impressions.
