I run a few pedal into my DRRI and the other day I might have been a little carried away with the pedals. I was getting some sweet fuzz, distortion, and some feedback and then nothing...

Neither input works on the Normal Channel side now. :(

Both inputs work fine on the Vibrato Channel.

Did I kill a tube(s) dedicated strictly to the Normal Channel (I don't even know if that is how they are wired)? Or something else??? Suggestions?

Thanks!

I would try and swap the normal channel tube with the vibrato channel tube.swap the 2 tubes on the right hand and see if you get sound now, if so replace the tube

OK, before I try this I just want to make sure I'm on the same page as the above post.

Here is what I see when I'm facing the back of the amp regarding the tubes (from the back view in order from left to right):

One JJ GZ 34 S, Two 6V6GT, One GT-12AT7, Two ST-12AX7-R, One GT-12AT7, One GT-12AX7, One GT-12AX7-C

Which two tubes should I be switching to determine if I need to replace a tube?

If it turns out to be a tube issue any suggestions on replacement tubes? I've heard talk about biased tubes, but don't know what that means, so any education you can provide on that would be great.

On a side note: It seems odd to me that these don't match what is in the manual from Fender or on the sticker inside the speaker cabinet regarding the specific tube types. I bought this new, is it normal to have different tube numbers that what Fender list?

Thanks Again!

the last 2, the GT-12AX7 and the 12Ax7-C see if you get sound that way

OK, I made the switch. Now everything works-Both inputs on the normal channel and both on the vibrato channel. Was that to be expected or does that tell me a specific tube or tubes need to be changed?
Thanks Again!!!!

Maybe one tube had worked its way loose and by changing, you reseated both. I'd switch them back, insuring that both are properly seated. If it works properly, it was either seating or poor contact of the pins.
