Funny, never played one but they do generate a huge amount of love and hate. They look like the perfect gigging amp on paper!

To be honest with you I have not tried many of the Fender Amps.

I bought my Blues Jr. on a recommendation. I had never tried one.

I just bought my Prosonic. Red tolex, tilt legs, awesome tone! I don't even care about the dual-cascading gain controls that are showing up on lots of other amps. The clean channel is like no other! Loud as hell with the guitar volume sitting at 6...crank it up and look out!! This amp is a TANK!!

I've been asked countless times how do I get my unique sound.
In answer I point to my Prosonic amp. Best amp ever!

It's funny what a sleeper this amp is! You never see them sitting around on the floor at GC. And you don't see them in backlines much. But the guys who play em swear by em.

Fender Prosonics were discontinued maybe about 5 or six years ago. The new Supersonic is supposed to be the upgraded version of it. The problem is they forgot to add a 2nd speaker to their combo. Instead to get the sound even close to a Prosonic you need the head plus the 2x12" cabinet.

I own 3 prosonics 2vibrokings 1 Deluxe reverb a 94 twin and a vibro champ I am a Fender amp freak. Te Prosonic is the best for harder rock and overall the mot versitle amp. Bruce inky designs like Tone Master Vibro King and the new dual professional like the prosonic were under-rated amps. Fender should re-ish the prosonic with the obvious improvements like the effects loop having a balance control in and out.
SuperSonic does not compare for some reason. It has a good V-30 celestion but does not sound right for some reason. I did a side by side with my prosonics. and VKs.

I've had a Prosonic combo. It was a great amp and I loved it. One time I was so crazy to think that I had to little power. At that time I traded the amp for a Marshall amp. I still regret that moment. I couldn't get used to the sound of a Marshall. Now I've traded the Marshall for a DeVille. Although this is a fine amp, it's no Prosonic.

Wow, man! everything but a price! I own a red prosonic, the only one I've ever seen with tilt legs, and I cherish the tone. I'd love to have a green one! Talk to me. HOW MUCH??
