You're right bakeslaee...Looks like you checked everything out. I'm out of the obvious. This is not a cheap amp and Fender should not leave you hanging. Sorry you can't enjoy a potentially great amp. Good luck.

What upsets me most, is that this only happens with the reverb on.

It's not like it hums all the time - so its difficult to pin that on a power issue.

And if you didn't read the back story to this, know that this is a replacement for a brand new PRRI that did the same thing. I find it hard to believe 2 brand new amps were shipped with faulty tubes (the reverb tube). Two in a row! Maybe this is normal, no? The Princeton Reverb Hum Reissue?
