If you are primarily a jazz player, have you considered solid state? Many jazz players including George Benson use only solid state because they offer such a good clean tone. I would look at a Frontman 65R or 212R. I'm primarily a blues player so I prefer tubes and you just don't get that natural breakup with a solid state amp. However if I only played jazz I would save some money and buy ss.
