Hi, I've had a Blues Jr. since June but haven't used it for a few months. For some reason, it now is not working at all. The power light comes on, all the tubes light up and it makes a very very quite hum but after letting it warm up for ten minutes, I plug one of guitars in and it is just dead. The speaker is plugged in all the way and I adjusted the volumes. Any help would be great.
Thanks fellow Fender Fans

I imagine you checked to make sure that the guitar and jack cord are in proper working order, did you?The fact that there's a hum coming from it would suggest that the speaker is most likely working or you could disconnect the speaker and try another one just in case, other than that I can't offer any more suggestions other than the obvious one-take it to a tech.

Bad cord?
You wear cowboy boots?
Step on an instrument cable?

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

Thanks, the cord is fine, I works on my other amps, the guitar is fine too. The speaker works as well because I plug it into another amp head and made noise. I'm going to take it in to the service center and hopefully they can fix her up.
Thanks again
