Hi Folks,

I believe this is my first post here.

I've been experimenting with the settings on my Frontman 65R. I've been using several guitars including: a Strat w/ EMG SA pups, Epi Les Paul Ultra II, Ibanez AG95 (hollow body).

I was wondering what you've found to be your best and/or your favorite amp settings? Settings for any genre are welcome! :D

Would the settings on one Frontman model work basically the same for the whole Frontman series of amps?

Thanks in advance for your input. :D

Tom

I have a Frontman 212r and use the following settings:

Bass = 6

Mid = 5

Treble = 3

Reverb = 2

Thank you both very much! I'll give them a try :D

Anyone else? The more the better!

Bump,

Thought I'd put this out if anyone found new setting or hadn't read this thread before.

Regards

I recently bought a Zoom John 5 Signature Series effects processor which I'm now using with my Frontman 65R, and all I'm going to say is, these amps are very pedal friendly in case you're thinking of getting a effects processor or semthing along those lines.

Yes, definitely. I have a Line 6 POD XT Live and experimenring with it. I've decided that the "effects loop" (preamp out - power amp in) works the best. The effects are much clearer than going in front.
