I am using a Godin nylon electric guitar with my Cyber Twin. I cannot find a setting that is warm and rich and has a natural nylon guitar sound. Any suggestions?

I think you need analog, either tube or solid state to get what you describe.
16-bit digital loses the subtle nuances that you are describing. I suspect that when digital amps start using 24-bit dacs, you'll be closer to what you are looking for.
I hope someone here has a preset for you to try that gets you what you want, but I don't think it is going to happen.
