I always say , its never too late to apologize .Some people just forget about it and walk away.Humbling oneself and apologizing takes guts ,but its one of the ways we grow as people.Good luck with the employment.I am currently working short work weeks , so I feel your pain.

P.S. I'm free this whole week 2-14-10 through 2-21-2010! OR shut up thank you.

This thread should be locked....its going in the wrong direction and that kind of language in not acceptable in this forum. Not only are there younger kids here, but we also have ladies who are members. If you can`t control yourself then don`t post anything because this is offensive and you should have consideration for others.

Yer a bit late, JPD, he's already profusely apologized and everybody else has moved on. Maybe you should, too.

Excuse me for not seeing the apology....no need to be sarcastic

You were a little hot headed without reading the entire thread. Why is everyone getting so defensive? That's how the arguments start.

Done that a few times myself. Knee jerk reactions really. It's human nature but that don't mean it's good nature. Forgivable but still unwanted. Sometimes it pays to just remind oneself to chill and let it go.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

I admit I didn`t read the whole thread or I wouldn`t have written that response. Sorry for jumping the gun.

For what its worth I know just how frustrating it can be to get laid off. I've been out of work since the beginning of Oct. Luckily I've been picking up some side work here and there(I'm a carpenter by trade), but things are still pretty tight. On top of all this, my wife is having a baby in 3 weeks. Luckily my insurance hasn't run out yet.

But its only a matter of time before work will pick up again.

Until than, I get to spend more time practicing my guitar and reading these forums.
