I have a 4 10 Blues Deville that i purchased a couple years ago. Recently, I showed up to practice and the amp had absolutely no reverb. Ive looked for obvious things like blown reistors and cold soulder joints and found nothing. I tried using switching out the actual reverb assembly and still nothing. I even tried all the tubes, even though i doubt that'd fix anything, and i still don't have it. I can sometimes get the reverb to work for like 4 seconds but then it cuts back out.... DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY ADVICE ON WHAT TO LOOK FOR ON THIS AMP TO FIX THE REVERB? I'd hate to have to take it back in for repair again and throw that much more money into it.

Take it to someone that knows Fender fairly well..
I bought my DeVille new in 1995.
Two year later it developed a loose connection somewhere on the board, where the tube sockets connect.
Two weeks after I got it back on warrenty work, it flopped right back into doing the same thing again.
The shop I bought it from had it for about three weeks and I think they were almost afraide to give it back to me..
While waiting, I picked up a Marshall JCM 2000 DSL 100.. :o
Never been sorry for that purchase..
And after I got my DeVille back, its never lost a beat sence.. ;)
Whats a blast is running the two of them with a CS-3, UniVibe , Morley Dist Vol Wha, split by a DD-5.. ;)
When running my Strat, that rig kicks out some serious Trower Tones.. ;)
But when it comes to bad solder connections, No Production Orientated Electronics or Insterment Company is Exempt..

I have a lovely Les Paul here because someone bought it to play out with, and it did not seem to have the tone he figured it would..
When I went to change out the pickups, I found the lead from the stock neck pickup, just setting in a ball of solder, Not Connected at All!
His loss was my gain.. ;)
The DeVilles are awesome amplifiers.
They just dont spend alot of time putting them togather.
Welcome to the Great World, of Mass Production.. ;)
And good luck with your amp..
