So, a friend of mine built me a bias probe, the kind with a 1ohm resistor. I plugged it in the socket, plugged the 6l6 in it, powered on the amp, connected the multimeter to the 2 wires coming out of the probe, turned the standby off and... the MM was reading 0.00, but the tube was on and the amp was working just fine. So I went on to check if the probe worked, i unplugged it and connected the MM set to read Ohms to it, and the MM gave 1ohm, so the probe's resistor is there and working. I have no idea why the MM should read 0.00 (BTW, it was set to read 200mV, so nothing wrong there). Do you guys have any ideas?

Thanks and sorry for my bad english (i'm Italian!)
