They are a great little amp. Even though mine is no longer in it's stock configuration.

Hey man I've heard that cranking the volume and lowering the master volume gives this amp a great and creamy distortion. I play in my house and sometimes in my garage do you think that setting the amp up for good distortion at low volumes has a good sound or do you have to crank the master too?

I prefer some nice distortion at lower volumes.

I have the tweed one, and that one sounds awesome. The regular BJs sound okay, but not as good as the tweed one for some strange reason.

Doesn't the tweed BJ have a Jensen in it?

Yes, the tweed NOS version of the Blues Junior has a Jensen speacker. Those photos of Chet Feather's Blues Junior is awesome. I would love to know what exactly he did to it.

The chassis is stock, I didn't modify the insides at all. Cabinet is custom made out of Walnut and is a 2x12 combo cabinet. Speakers are Scumbacks (The combination I used is the Chet Feathers/Big Mike Combo of an M and an H) from www.southbayampworks.com Tubes are NOS from the mid 1960's, V-1 is a 5150.

The cabinet and speakers cost more than the amp itself did, but it is well worth it. I have a one of a kind amp that sounds fabulous!!!!!
