I have to admit, I am a really lucky guy! I have an incredible wife, a career that is very rewarding, a gorgeous home and a ton of fantastic gear. I have several amps but my favorite one is my Fender SCXD. This amp is so versatile and warm! I am able to get any tone I desire from it and even at low volumes it has a wonderful sweet sound. Why do you guys love your Fender Tube amps??

I love my Supersonic, I can leave it on the Bassman channel and crank it up to 5 and get that sweet overdrive that a pedal simple cannot replicate. Also the sucker moves some serious air.

my fender amps serve the purpose, they are loud and sweet. they take a little tweeking but you can find the happy spot. i'm thinking of getting a supersonic or a custom vibrolux(because i may have found a good deal on it).one of those is going to be my next fender. that will be 3...

I have always loved Fender tube amps. I use certain ones for certain applications. I really like the Super Champ XD for playing with backing tracks or any time I want to use effects. Sometimes I want the floor rattling power of my HRD, or the pristine clarity of my Vibro King. The Blues Jr is for when I want some volume without upsetting the neighbors. In any of the tube amps I like the feel you get when they are cranked up enough to hit the sweet spot.

I have been really blessed as well. Currently I have 1974 Bassman 100 top (Currently designing a speaker pack for it) with my Precision '69 bass plus a USA Strat 2002 Custom with either my Fender Twin 1976 now with Eminance vintage 12" x 2 or my new Supersonic combo. I have remained a loyal Fender fan since I got that Precision in 1972 second hand. I have never had a Fender amp or guitar fail me. I apply one rule, check your equipment, keep it serviced with all valves biased and checked at least once every two years (depending on road travel)

When you know what sound to expect then everything else is peripheral. Whether in the studio, or a clubroom or garage for that matter that is the variable and on top of that, the biggest thing is your playing technique.
All tube Fenders are just made to be enjoyed pretty much for all genre in music. For guitarists these days its a tough decision for many of the new series Fender all tube amps and even more difficult if you are trying to reproduce what you may have heard from some really old vintage amp sounds.... Remember it's all subjective what people comments are about this amp or that amp. Recognize quality then you decide.

Don't much love the new ones. But I still love the old ones. I'm a big Blackface/Silverface fan. They're still solid and reliable. The reverb is the most natural sounding reverb of any amp manufacturer. Some of the newer ones just don't have the same magic for me.

As someone who's agonizing over which ones to get (probably a Vibrolux and a '65 Twin), I'll tell you what I like about Fender tube amps. In my perceived order of importance:

1. Tone
2. See number One
3. Most aren't loaded with gimmicks that detract from the tone.
4. Quality
5. Did I mention they sound good? Just checking.
6. Last, but not least, VIBE. I saw a comment in a thread comparing Fender to Harley. I couldn't agree more. Classic Fender amps are legends, with tones of mojo, and that's the kind of intangible thing I can't really explain, but it's definitely real.

The tone obviously, but it's Fender's wonderful reverb which enhances the tone that has made me fall deeply in love with the 1965 Vintage Reissue amps. I started with a '65 Deluxe Reverb Reissue in 2007...

and added a '65 Twin Custom 15 in 2008.

I have two excellent amp heads scattered around the house, an Egnater Rebel and a Vox Night Train and the one thing I always miss when I plug into them is Fender's reverb. I am addicted. :D

Love the tone from my 74 S.F pro reverb and S.F twin reverb to my new blues jr. can't beat that fender tube tone.
