Hey, I recently bought a new Super-Sonic and have noticed that the amp hiss gets noticebly louder with the FX loop engaged.

Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know what might be causing the noise. I have tried adjusting the send and return pots in the back, but that has not helped.

I have also noticed that the amp is just plain noisy on any channel, clean or dirty.

Thanks!

Sounds like you could use a re-tube if you haven't had one recently. If you have, then check all connections to and from the amp. The source of trouble could be from a loose input/output jack or speaker connector, among other things.
