I have down sized from a big Marshall JCM 900 or a Peavey bandit 65 to a gorgeous Fender Super Champ XD. Fantastic amp...15 watts with tons of effects and tone which will make you smile. You can get it for around $299 at American Musical Supply. It has 2 channels...clean and then the effects channel. Well worth the price for this beauty. Hope this helps. I would recommend taking your guitar to a music store and playing through one. This way you get a good idea of how it sounds.

I have one also and it is my #1 amp for playing with backing tracks. Lots of different tones to choose from.
