The amp doesn't have a bright input and also no presencefilter. Where do I get the best stompbox to solve that problem?

Maybe a simple EQ pedal would do the trick, like the MXR ten band EQ.

I'm not so sure about that. I'm trying out the Boss FBM-1 using th ebrigh tinput and the presence button. That's close enough ,but I get at popping sound when I hit the strings to hard.

I think that could be the over-exaggeration of the pedal with the spring reverb.

If memory serves that, "Bright" sound the first few and the last few frequencies raised a little that gives it a, "Bright" sound.

I Might be making that up but im pretty sure thats it, thats why i thought an EQ pedal would do the trick.
