I am thinking of putting a Weber 12F150 in my Blues Junior. Should I go with a 25 or 50 watt...I think the stock speaker is 50, right.

Good choice...Deep tight lows, crisp highs, mids just right. I also like the Jensen P12N (alnico). The C12N is the ceramic magnet version.

If your tone is too bright (the Blues Junior uses EL84), then you might want to consider the Swamp Thing. It has a huge low end, prominent low mids, and smooth highs. (Eminence).

I'd go 50 watts.

Don't know if this will help but
I recently turned my BJr. into a head.
So the only mounted speaker I've got right now is the one
in my HRDeluxe.
I've used the BJr. head with the existing HRDeluxe speaker
(Fender stock speaker) and have noticed a better bottom/mid
& less break-up with that speaker (I think it has more rating than the
Fender stock BJr speaker.)
So if you're thinking of going with a 50w rated speaker-
I'd say go for it.

Vin

If you want clean with clarity, go for 50watts.

Go for 25watts if you want a touch of speaker break up in your crunch sound..
