Does anyone have any idea why the power indicator light bulb is buring out on my Blues Deluxe amp? I bought the amp new in August and I have replaced the bulb 3 times since then. The amp has not moved from my music room since bringing it home from the store. My son has a Hot Rod Deville plugged into the same power source and he is not having any problems. His amp is about a year and a half old and the bulb has never needed to be replaced. If anyone has any suggestions as to what is causing this I'd love to hear about it. I love the amp. It sounds fantastic and I've not had any other problems with it. Oh, I should add that occasionally I'll look over at the amp while playing and the indicator is bulb is not lit when the amp is on. When I move the stand by switch to stand by, then back, the bulb would come back on. After that occurs a few times the bulb needs to be replaced! I want to make sure this is not indicative of a larger problem than just replacing bulbs. Thank you!

Thank you! That gives me a place to start. I may have to try to fix it myself as I live in a small town and the music store dosen't really have a "tech" person. WIsh me luck!

I bought extra bulbs at an electronics store. Take the old bulb with you when you go. I would think a place like Radio Shack would be a good place to look. I hope that helps!
