Does Fender make, or has Fender ever made, a Super Reverb with the head and cab separate?

What has Fender made in head/cab form other than the Bassman?

They do the supersonics in heads and there was a guy who converted a Hot Rod deluxe (or deville) into a head.

Bandmaster, Showman and Dual Showman were all head\cab design. Dual Showman Reverb is basically a Twin Reverb, but a head and separate cab design. Ted Nugent used the Showman in the 70s, a whole wall of them. I think Hendrix also used them at one point. Dick Dale used the Showman also.
