This is the original Super Champ. My 20 something year old Fender Super Champ has been very reliable and faithful over the years. I purchased her new back in 1983 from Guitar Center when I graduated from High School. Never had any problem with her. I still have the original footswitch and I stocked up on the rare 6C10 tube.

Hello BluesGuitar65,

Nice amp, I sold mine just a couple a years ago
mostly cause I was afraid I couldn't get the unobtaniun tubes.
I gotta say it never gave me problems,{1 time a fuse}.
They're bringing a good buck these days.
nice job on the tube stash.

Cheers.

Thanks Mr. Bill. Yes, these amps are a gem. Many have offered me some good amount of cash for it, due to the fact I have the footswitch, the rare 6C10 tubes and the amp being in such great condition, bone stock with the original Fender speaker. I was debating to get the one with the EV, but it was about $100 more. I should of got that one too, when I had the chance 20 something years ago.

Mr. Bill, you don't happen to be aka Billm...are you?
