Hi all! I am a JH band director starting a guitar program at my school in a couple of weeks. Just bought the G-DEC for use in my classroom about 3 hours ago. It looks like it will be an awesome tool. But the owner's manual is just the basics, for sure! I would love to see a section devoted to this tool!

I love my GDEC. A forum about it would be great.

I think a forum to discuss and share patches for the G-DEC and B-DEC is a great idea. I have a G-DEC myself and would love to hear what other sounds G-DEC players have come up with. 8)

Hello all. A DEFINITE YES for a DEC Forum please. The G & B-DECs are plenty different from other Fender amps to warrant the firum.

In the meantime mygdec.com is the best G-DEC support site going.

The people have spoken!! I just added a new forum specific to DEC® family discussion. I'll probably be hanging out there a bit myself as my office amp is a G-DEC® 30. :D

Next step: actual online content support for the G-DEC series. New downloadable genre-specific tone/loop banks, practice lessons from established instructors, famous guitarist contributions, user-generated banks and content, and an integrated community of users sharing same. Not to mention realtime editing.

Too much to ask? Too much too soon? Line 6 had all that from the getgo with their GuitarPort system. That was five years ago.
