Hello,
I got a twin reverb a couple of days ago (second-hand) and it sounds really good, but I'm sure Twin Teverb's come with Jensen Speakers and Groove Tubes and it has two Fender speakers and tubes with no names on them. I thought the man who owned it before me might have changed it all, but he said he didn't change nothing. Its about 10 years old, so I'm not sure if they were making them with different equipment then.

(I can probably get pictures posted if you need some to tell whats what).
Just wondering if anyone could give me some insight and whatever,
Thanks.

I'm not sure what you're asking, but I can tell you that there's precious little chance that the tubes are original. Ten years is a long time to keep the same set of tubes, and while the occasional ancient amp surfaces with its original tubes, any player who gigs or rehearses fairly often will have changed them.

Also, as far as the amp itself goes, I know that Fender reissued the '65 Twin in 1992. The other, non-reissue, Twin Reverb was introduced in 1994 as part of the (now defunct?) Pro Tube line of amps. I'm not sure whether or not the latter model had Fender or Jensen speakers.

Well then he must have changed the tubes, because genuine tubes or not, there in good form.
Its deffinetly the '65 Twin Reverb re-issue too, because it says on the back and it has the vibrato inputs.

Basically, I'm asking if they ever made re-issue twin reverbs with Fender speakers?
