Set all Cyber Twin effects to none, "0", or off. That's it.

johnny.

I post an answer for you already:

In the back of the Cyber Twin, there is an "EFFECTS LOOP" jack section. From the Fender Cyber Twin manual:

Connections for external effects devices. Connect MONO SEND to the
input of your effects device and the output of the effects device to the
MONO RETURN jack or both RETURN jacks, according to your effects
device. Use the LEVEL button to optimize the loop for your effects device
(usually –10dBv for footpedals and +4dBu for rack mounted effects).

In your case, plug your guitar into your preamp/pedal, take its output and plug it into the Cyber Twin's Effects Loop RETURN jack. Now everything is bypassed.

ciao,

ciao,
johnny.

What he needs to do IMO is create amp presets where options like 'Timbre', Reverb, Compression are selected as 'None' and store the presets in the Player's Lounge.

But, honestly with a FX pedal like the GT-10, I would buy another amp to use with it.

I do not have any more answers than I gave you, so i will have to wish you luck.

but I have a few questions for you:
1. why do you not use the Cyber Twin effects instead? it has better effects than nearly all pedals I ever used.
2. if you need a neutral system, why not just get one, like a PA system and use that instead? As Tony points out, that is the wrong way to use a Cyber Twin, it wasn't meant to be used that way. A PA is.

Ciao,
Johnny.
