I have a 4x10 Fender Deville.

I don't really want to spend money on a head because I love my amp so much, but I want to buy a cab, I really want to buy a 4x12 Orange cab.

Does the Deville have all it needs to power such a cab?

OH yeah! It has plenty of power. What don't you like about the 4x10?

A tube swap would be less expensive, and would probably get you there. You can start here (but there are lots of other places to look to):

Could I essentially change the whole dynamics of my gain by switching out tubes?

Like say I wanted a more deep, low end gain, sorta like a huges and kettner, without having to buy a new amp, could I switch the tubes and achieve this sound?

I am I newbie, I got the amp from my dad a long time ago, and I don't want to buy a new one.

Uh-no. Changing tubes will give subte differences- a bit more headroom, a bit more treble, etc. But the change will be subtle. A change in speaker cabinet will be a big difference. I'd take your HRDv to a dealer that has some cabinets you're interested in to see if it's the change you're looking for.

Most of the low end I think you after comes from the 4x12 being a closed back.
