Here are some simple suggestions:

1. Check the speaker cables, many times these are the culprits. The speaker cable cable has two wires and both wires need to be connected from connector-end to connector-end. A simple way to check if the speaker wires are ok is to swap the cables, move right side cable to left (both ends - speaker end and jack), left side cable to right (both ends - speaker end and jack). If the fault follows the cable, then it's the cable that is a problem (easy fix). If you have an ohm meter and know how to use one, even better, check continuity from jack end.

2. Check if speaker is not blown. Use an ohm meter, should have a reading between 5 to 9 ohms or so. Exact value is not critical, a resonable value is all that's necessary. If blown, get a replacement speaker.

3. Just in case you have put the amp into a "funy mode" and don't know how to recover and put the Cyber Twin into a normal mode, save your Player's Lounge presets first, then do a factory reset (restore the Player's Lounge after). This will put the Cyber Twin into the factory fresh mode of operation. Hopefully this last resort fixes the problem.

If the above fail, chances are that an output stage is blown. Unless you are a pretty good electronics tech, I would recommend that you bring your amp into a Fender authorized service dealer (make sure he truly is Fender authorized, not a hack, because work is guaranteed and parts are factory approved). Before you do, save your Player's Lounge on your computer - it may get wiped out during service.

good luck,
johnny.
