Try http://tubedepot.com or http://eurotubes.com/

It really depends what tube brand and quality you want to put in.

Replacing with SovTec's (groove tubes) is maybe 10$ a 12ax7 preamp tube
and maybe 30$ for a 6l6 power tube pair.
So ~60$ total + shipping.

Though I much prefer JJ tubes to SovTec's.

If you swap the power tubes your amp will need to be re-biased as well.

Thanks peterp, I'm looking at a used (less than 1 year old) Deville 410. I can get it for $450. Appearance wise it looks brand new, but I've never had a tube amp and wasn't sure what the cost to replace tubes and other things it may need would be.

:D unless you have my luck, tubes in a 1 year old amp should still be OK.

Stock tubes are never as good as a full re-tube after researching tubes you plan to use. I would start with preamp. Recommend 12au7 in V1, Penta Labs 9th Gen in V2 and Sovtek 12ax7 LPS long Plate spiral. Research http://www.thetubestore.com for reviews of their power tubes and what styles they are used for. You can email them or call them and tell them what amp and what style music you play. I strongly suggest this to get you away from just buying any tube to fit. You will get much better tone. The proper selection of tubes will make or break your tone.

I am getting mine tuesday, and i am planning to keep the stock tubes for a few months then getting jj's. Is that a good idea or should I go all out at first and replace the tubes?

If it still sounds ok, Tubes can wait. I would still re-tube. You will notice a difference in tone.
