I'd like to know more about tubes. How they work, how they effect the sound of your amps, what the different kinds are and what different brands sound like. Does anyone know of a website that has this information?

Bob is a pretty cool guy. Great to deal with. He only sells JJ's.

I don't know how active it is anymore but back in my college days I spent more time on the http://www.ampage.org website than I did in class. Back then there were some really, really great people on that site.
