ello.
I'v got an Ibanez Tube Screamer, Jim Dunlop Fuzz Face, Vox Wah-Wah, and a Marshall Regenerator, but when I kick one of them in on the clean channel, it almost gives it too much of a boost.

Especially my fuzz face. For some reason when I stomp on it, it almost sounds like an acoustic going through the pedal (can't really explain). It don't have that deep, distorted tone it should have.
(This is all when its on the clean channel)

Any suggestions?

run channel 2, it has an input attenuator, 6 dB, and really helps control the amp, really good for practice and home playing.

So run it on the overdrive channel?

(I'v done that, but I'v noticed that my Ibanez Tube Screamer basically works as a distortion pedal when I run it on the overdrive channel.)

Input 2 not channel 2.

your correct input 2, sorry should not post late at night, the hot rod deluxe does not have a channel 2, as I should have said,

input 2 has an attentuator, 6dB, and helps control the hot rods, really good for practice and bedroom playing. This is true for most fenders, input 2 is usually an attenuator input, so the level is lower.
