I am interested in changing out the stock speaker in the my Blues Deluxe RI. The low end is a bit heavy and muddy for my taste. I have talked to
Eminence and they recommended the Screamin Eagle. I have seen other people talk about the Weber 12F150. Any suggestions? Thanks for the help!

For a while from Eminence I was looking at the Swamp Thang or Cannibas REX to replace the custom Legend 125 that is in the amp.

Then the sound grew on me and I decided to leave it as is. :)
Might make the change someday or more likely make an extension cab with one of them in it.

The Jensen P12N is less bottom heavy, more of a classic 60's tone. The Celestion Vintage 30 is always a good choice for an articulate speaker with predictable breakup, though some seem to think it's only good for Metal. A Celestion Greenback would probably work well, too. More mids, clearer bottom.

Yes lots of options, and all sound different, the hard part is hearing how they all sound in your type of amp.

Also be careful on the power handling capabilities of whatever you pick
the Celestion Greenback is rated for 25W, it would work in a hdrlx/blues deluxe (40W) amps but you could damage it if you are not careful.

Here is a Eminence page where you can compare their speakers playing sound clips for various types of music.
http://eminence.com/soundclips.asp

It will give you an idea of their sound, but the amp/cab it is in will affect how it sounds.

Also check this other thread, where the scumback is coming highly rated as an alternate speaker.

Absolutely right, my bad!
The Greenback would probably be OK if you're not running wide open for long periods of time. It will handle roughly 50 watts peak, but not continuous.
I actually misread his question and thought he was asking about the 22 watt Deluxe Reverb RI...
D'OH!
