I disconnected the speaker cable in my Blues Deluxe reissue when I was replacing the speaker and now I'm not sure which is positive and which is negative. One is painted black. Help?

Black usually means negative.
Can't be positive about how the amp was wired though :D

One of my Blues Deluxe speaker wire ends has a red dot painted on the spade and it is on the positive (+) terminal. The spade end on the negative (-) terminal wire is unmarked.
