What would be involved in doing this? Is it possible? Where can I get a new grill?

Sure it can be done. What I do is remove the old grille cloth making sure to see how it was installed. I then lay the old over the new and make my cut just a little over the size of that original. I then lay it face down and place the grille board down on top. I then make sure that the top line is straight. Fold the top over with the extra material pulled over the top and to the back of the grille board. Now, with a stapler, I place a number of staples. Don't be stingy here. I pull the cloth down somewhay tightly and assure that the bottom line is also straight. Fold the bottom over as you did with the top. Staple the bottom in place. Fold the sides over and make the corner fold match that original fold. Staple the sides in place just as you did for the top and bottom. All staples will be on the back side of the grille board. . Now here comes the trick to a tight fit with sharp corners. Use a hair drier or heat gun for this. Turn on the drier and hold it away from the edges and move it slowly towards the cloth. Watch for the cloth to respond and that will be the proper distance for the rest of the grille. I move around the perimeter of the grille until the cloth looks as I expect it to. Just be sure not to overheat the cloth or it will melt. So be careful with the heat and move slowley until you get the feel. Once you are done trim the excess cloth on the back side of the grille. Then reinstall the speaker and hook it up. It's not too difficult. As to purchasing the cloth. I have found a number of good deals when I Google "grille cloth". Actually better prices than eBay. Good luck. Bob
